- Customer-Friendly Policy
- PRIYANKA PADMAKAR MEHTA follows a liberal cancellation and refund policy to support customers as much as possible.
- Order Cancellation Timeline
- Cancellation requests will be accepted only within 6–8 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation Restriction
- Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been communicated to the vendor/merchant and the shipping process has begun.
- Non-Cancellable Items
- Orders for perishable items such as flowers, food items, and similar products cannot be cancelled.
- Refund or replacement may be provided if the customer proves that the delivered product quality was not satisfactory.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it to our Customer Service team.
- The request will be processed only after the merchant verifies the defect at their end.
- This must be reported within 6–8 days of receiving the product.
- Product Not as Shown / Not as Expected
- If the product does not match the description or your expectation, you must inform Customer Service within 6–8 days of receiving it.
- After reviewing the issue, the Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision.
- Manufacturer Warranty Products
- For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, customers should directly contact the manufacturer for support.
- Refund Processing Time
- If a refund is approved by PRIYANKA PADMAKAR MEHTA, the amount will be processed within 6–8 days.
